TERMS OF PURCHASE

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing in a separate agreement executed by the Company and you, this document sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to any purchases made on the kararenninger.com website or any other websites owned by Aligned4Learning, LLC (the “Company,” “We,” or “Us”) (individually the “Site” and collectively “Sites”).   The terms in this document are in addition to the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by this reference and apply to any purchase made on the Sites.

PLEASE REVIEW THIS DOCUMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE ENTERING INTO ANY TRANSACTION TO CONFIRM YOUR ACCEPTANCE HEREOF. YOU MAY NOT ORDER OR OBTAIN PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FROM THIS SITE UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU: (A) AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY; (B) ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD; AND (C) ARE NOT PROHIBITED FROM ACCESSING OR USING THIS SITE OR ANY OF ITS CONTENTS, GOODS, OR SERVICES BY ANY APPLICABLE LAW, RULE, OR REGULATION.

1. Applicability

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing in a separate agreement, these Terms of Purchase (these “Terms“) shall apply to your purchase of products and related services through the Site. These Terms are subject to change at any time without prior written notice by us. The most recent version of these Terms will be posted on the Sites. Your continued use of the Sites after any posting of updated Terms (which shall be dated as of their most recent update) shall constitute your acceptance of and agreement to any changes therein made.

2. Products

The products and services available for purchase on the Site include online coaching packages, programs, and membership, and software (“Product” or collectively, “Products”),  each of which are described below.

(a) Coaching Packages: Packages include (i) group coaching, (ii) 1:1 courses and (iii) weekly live Q& A sessions. 

(b) Programs: Purchase of a program includes access to all course content for a set period of time as described on the Site (e.g., 60 days), commencing on the date of purchase.

(c) Membership:  Upon completing a program, participants are offered the opportunity to purchase a membership for  (i) continued access to all program content and (ii) access to group discussions.

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
• If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@kararenninger.com
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 2-3 messages per appointment set. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

(d) Software: Includes access to Company’s sales software and automation software (e.g., KR Sales and KR Connect) that is available for purchase. 

3. General Terms

When placing an order for any Product, you are effectively offering to purchase whatever products and services you select. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our own discretion and we will only accept or reject an order in its entirety. Should we elect to accept your offer, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address that you provide at such time. Notwithstanding, we reserve the right to cancel any order once accepted by us (as evidenced by a confirming email) at any time at our sole discretion. Additionally, you have the option of canceling your order as described in Section 5.

(a)  License Agreement.  For each Product purchased, subject to the limitations set forth herein, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to access all course content for your personal use, provided that you are personally present when displaying such lessons.  You may not share your login information with anyone, nor permit third parties to log in using your access credentials.  The term of your license shall commence on the date of your initial purchase and will end when the course access period terminates, unless extended by monthly membership, in which case the license shall continue for so long as your membership remains in effect.  We reserve the right to immediately terminate your license if you use the course in a manner contrary to the terms set forth in this Section or in breach of these Terms.  The Company retains all right, title and interest in and to the course content, including, but not limited to, all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, trade names, proprietary rights, patents, titles, computer codes, and all other rights whether registered or not and all applications thereof.

4. Payment Terms

(a)  Product Pricing. All applicable prices for Products are as set forth on the Site.  Your access to the course materials will commence on the date of your initial transaction and will continue for the period specified in the course description.  Unless you purchase a monthly membership, your access to course materials will cease at the conclusion of the access period. Payment may only be made with a valid credit, debit card, or use of a bona fide electronic payment provider (i.e., PayPal).  By using any such card or payment provider, you are hereby representing and warranting your full right and authority to make such purchase in the manner elected without violating any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

(i)   Promotional Pricing:  Prices for courses listed on the Site may differ from the prices offered elsewhere (online or offline) by us for the same courses. Such prices are subject to change at any time by us at our sole discretion.  Additionally, to the extent that we offer a promotion in connection with any particular course, the terms of such offer shall be set forth in a separate document that shall govern its applicability (and, in the event of a conflict herewith, be considered the governing document). You will be responsible for the prices stated at the time of your purchase.

(b)  For Membership:  Membership fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis as described on the Site.  If you select monthly billing, your credit card will be charged on the date of your initial purchase and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel.  For annual payments, your card will be charged on the date of your initial purchase and again on each anniversary of your initial purchase.

(i)   RECURRING BILLING DISCLOSURE:  For monthly or annual payments, you understand and agree that your card will be charged in the manner described above on a regular, recurring basis until you cancel

5. Cancellations and Refunds

(a)  For Courses:  If you are not satisfied with the content of the courses, you may request a refund of the purchase price paid by sending an email to info@kararenninger.com  within 3 days of the date of your initial purchase.  Refund requests submitted after 3 days of purchase are invalid and will not be honored. Partial refunds are not offered.

(b) For Coaching Packages and Programs: No refunds will be available for our coaching packages and programs. If you have opted for a payment plan and decided to cancel your attendance anytime throughout the program, we reserve the right to bill you for the remainder of the amount due.

(c)  For Membership:  No refunds are available for paid membership fees. However, you can cancel your membership at any time by completing this form or by emailing a cancellation request to info@kararenninger.com. Cancellation requests must be received at least 5 days prior to your next bill date to avoid future charges.  Once your cancellation is submitted, you will retain access until the end of your current billing month.

(d) For Sofware: No refunds are available for the purchase of software usage.  

6. Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

Our Privacy Policy governs our processing of all personal information that we may collect from any person through the use of our Sites. Our Terms of Service govern your use of our Sites in general, as well important warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability which also apply to these Terms and additional terms that that apply to our Services (as defined therein), which include our coaching packages, courses, and programs .
